Here's a version of the Sinner's Prayer from the prominent tract, "Do You Know?" (Evangelism Explosion, 2012):

Knowing that I have sinned, and I need the
Lord Jesus Christ as my Savior, I now turn frommy sins and trust Him for my eternal life.I ask Jesus Christ to forgive me, andto deliver me from sin's power and give meeternal life.I now give Jesus Christ control of my life.From this time forward, as He gives me strength,I will seek to trust Him and obey Him in allareas of my life.
